How to use Firefox - Installation

Installing Firefox is very simple and nearly automatic. Go to www.mozilla.com and download the setup program or click here. Save the file in any folder and execute the file. PLEASE NOTE: If you've downloaded with the Internet Explorer under Windows XP with installed service pack 2, windows will prompt a warning dialog. Windows informs you that it cannot verify the publisher of the software. In that case you can ignore it. Click on execute. |
For the installation simply use the default settings. After installing Firefox starts with the predefined google search.

So we've successfully installed Firefox. But there's one more important thing to do: customization ! So we'll have a short look at the correct configuration of the browser.
